Sage Accpac ERP v5.6 & CRM v6.2: Integration
There was a handful of new features in the Sage Accpac ERP v5.6 and Sage CRM v6.3 integration. Here are some of the features:
- Integrated ERP/CRM Solo Support (Accpac 5.6)
- Customer/Vender Number Change Support
- Improved Salesperson Integration with Accpac 5.6 data
- Relationships Tab
- National Accounts in CRM
Salesperson Codes are Now Synchronized in CRM
Salesperson commision splits now show up on the customer statistics tab in CRM.
National Accounts
Also shown in the customer statistics tab for Accpac customers is the new national accounts integration. Furthermore, the relationships tab shows a company as a member of a national account, and national accounts show the members in the relatiohsips tab.
O/E Inquiry Tab Updated
The OE Inquiry tab now shows:
- All Shipments – List All Order and Standalone Shipments
- Sales History – List Item Sales History
- Customer Price List – List All Item Prices for the Customer Price List Code.
- Serial Number Sales History
- Lot Number Sales History

What’s coming in Sage Accpac ERP 6.0 and CRM 7.0?
An amazing new quote to order ability, allowing you to do complete Accpac orders from Sage CRM. Have a peak over at Stephen Smith’s blog (Chief Architect for Sage Accpac) – Sage Accpac Quote to Orders in 6.0. This is a feature I’ve been waiting for too long and just can’t come soon enough. This is all part of Accpac’s new web interface that takes advantage of Google’s Web Toolkit. More to come on this in future posts.
